  1. Representative Delivery

If your local Skin Squad Consultant “Representative” offers Free Personal Delivery with online order, you will be able to select this option at checkout during the online order process. Your Representative will contact you to confirm price, arrange delivery time, location and payment options. You can contact your representative at any time with queries about your order.

Representative Terms of Sale

  • You have chosen to shop with a Representative and receive your products directly from him/her.
  • When you click on the “Send Order” button Crystal’s Aura will send the order to your Representative. It is then up to the Representative to contact you to confirm the price, payment methods, delivery times and any other relevant information.
  • If this is your first order with a Representative, your chosen Representative will have 24 hours to accept you as a new customer otherwise your order will be transferred to another Representative for fulfillment.
  • If this is not your first order with a Representative, your chosen Representative will have 3 days to accept your order otherwise it will be transferred to another Representative for fulfillment.
  • This is to ensure you receive an optimum level of service from a Representative. However, if you do not want to receive your order from the new Representative you can tell them this when they contact you.
  • The contract for sale will be between you and your Representative. This means that if you have any questions about your order you must discuss them with your Representative. If you wish to cancel your order or return any products, this also must be done through your Representative.
  • Your Skin Squad Representative is an independent, self-employed individual. As a result, Crystal’s Aura is not liable to you for any losses, damages, costs, expenses (whether direct or indirect) arising out of the acts or omissions of your Representative, even if Crystal’s Aura has been advised of the possibility of such losses, damages, costs or expenses. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  1. Direct Delivery to your door
  • You can now shop online, pay us directly through our secure payment options, and choose one of our direct delivery options, standard or express to your doorstep at a small additional fee. Every order will still be linked to a representative, but using this option, you choose not to receive delivery from her.
  • Direct Delivery is available nationally, with some areas are excluded. You will be notified if it falls in the excluded areas. The representative and pick up locations will still be available.
  • Free delivery is for promotion periods only and may be activated or deactivated at Crystal’s Aura discretion. Minimum spend to qualify for Free Delivery may also vary from promotion to promotion and may be changed at any time. Free Delivery is limited to Standard Delivery only and the terms and conditions associated with it. Certain areas may be excluded.

Representative Delivery time is usually 3-12 business days dependent on the area.

Standard Delivery ($5) – Your order is delivered within 5 working days of placing your order. (can be more dependent on recommended weight)

Express delivery ($8) – Your order is delivered within 1-2 working days of placing your order. (can be more dependent on recommended weight)

Collection Points – The ideal option if you wish to purchase online from Crystal’s Aura but prefer to collect from one of our collection points. Your order can be collected within 2-5 working days of placing your order.

Remote Location

Please note, direct delivery is not available to remote locations.

If you ordered through your Representative, please contact your representative to follow up on your order.

If you placed and order online and selected courier delivery (Express or Standard) you can follow up on your order by contacting customer care at 0719 339 140 using your order reference number that can be found on the email confirmation your received.

If you have already received a message from the courier please track your order via the courier info provided.

Our 3 month Guarantee

If for any reason your Crystal’s Aura product does not satisfy your expectations, it will be exchanged for another or the purchase price will be reimbursed. The guarantee is valid for three months from the date of invoice.

How do I return the product?

The returns process depends on the channel through which the product was delivered to you.

Purchased product through your representative and paid them directly

If your product was delivered to you by your representative, please contact them and make arrangements for a return. She will refund you directly. If you are unable to reach your representative because she is no longer active, please contact us and provide her name and cell phone number. We will put you in touch with her representative leader, who will manage your return and refund directly with you. Your product must reach the representative within the three month guarantee period.

Purchased and paid for product using direct delivery options

If you received your product from our courier, you should return it via courier. Please email us at queries@crystalsaura.shop. We will guide you through your options and process your refund. Your returned product must reach us within the three month guarantee period. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. If you placed your order online and selected the Direct Delivery option you should receive a message from the courier company.
